HPD Corner

HPD is an initiative taken by Southern Command. Army Public School, Dehu Road has implemented Holistic Personality Development in its curriculum to ensure all round development of children.

In whole school approach we conduct Assembly, HPD board and zero period counselling according to given themes like Personal grooming, Good manners, Patriotism, Communication skills etc. which prepares child for lifelong learning.

It is also conducted in regular teaching through lessons of all subjects by conducting activities like role play, skit, drawing, poster making, writing poems and slogans, demonstration and showing videos.

Teachers regularly observe the child and asses the behaviuoral changes through five point rating skill that is RAG sheet.Teacher assess the children in different areas like Spoken English, Body language, Cleanliness, Dress sense, Values and attitudes.
